ARCO Business Services is currently seeking a highly motivated HRIS Analyst to join our team in Brentwood, MO. The primary focus of this position is to support the human resource information systems (HRIS) being utilized within the organization. As part of the team, you will provide support in accordance with established Human Resources and Information Technology procedures, policies, and best practices. The individual in this position will uphold the philosophy, vision and core values of the organization and ensure that ARCO Business Services provides the best possible service to our clients.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Perform troubleshooting, user setup and minor enhancements on HR applications ranging from out of the box to custom developed in an evolving and growing environment.
Complete configuration and customization activities to meet business requirements, including basic maintenance of imports and integrations between products
Identify root cause for commonly occurring issues and recommend permanent solutions
Identify break/fix incidents versus enhancement requests, work well with other cross functional teams to resolve any break/fix incidents
Be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of end users/business users
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
2-4 years overall experience working in a HRIS function.
Ability to quickly grasp applications purpose and understanding of processes
Self-motivated individual who can find innovative ways to solve recurring problems
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, reasoning and research abilities
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills and rock star level customer service
Thrive in a fast-paced and agile work environment
Exposure to Human Resource applications a plus
